Sabongida Tukura Community Honours GM Taraba CSDP
The Sabongida Tukura Community in Kurmi local government area of Taraba State has honoured the General Manager of Community and Social Development Project, CSDP, Mr. Ezekiel Irimiya Danjuma with a “Selfless Service and Community Development Award”.
The award was presented to the General Manager, during a Two-day Sustainability Training workshop of the Agency which took place at the Catholic Pastoral Centre Jalingo.
Presenting the award, the Leader of the community, Mr. Paul Williams Maigida, said it was aimed at appreciating the role of CSDP in providing basic social amenities in there Community.
According to him, ” CSDP has assisted our community with accessible water, there are boreholes everywhere. Even our health centres have been upgraded all courtesy of the CSDP”.
Accepting the awards, the representative of the General Manager, Mr. Yusuf Ibrahim, the Finance and Admin Manager of CSDP, dedicated the award to the Governor of Taraba State Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku whom he said is the reason behind all the feats the agency recorded.
According to him, CSDP doesn’t accept gifts from any community, describing the award as a morale booster to the agency.
He appreciated the Sabongida Tukura community for recognizing their contributions.
