UNBELIEVABLE: NDDC Is My Settlement Term With Buhari For Joining APC – Sen. Akpabio
Embattled Minister for the Niger Delta Ministry Chief Godswill Akpabio has boasted that the NDDC was a part of the settlement terms he reached with the President and APC leadership under Adams Oshiomhole for joining the party hence there’s no amount of outcry that could affect him.
The minister made this statement why reacting to an interview with The Publisher’s correspondent Kelechi Mbabefo who sought his reaction to the unabated corruption allegations being levelled against him by various groups.
In his words, ” let me tell you, politics is beyond what people see in the public but a very deep venture”.
” While being persuaded to join the APC, I gave certain conditions and I was willingly offered other things of which the NDDC was included so there is nothing anyone can do to remove it from my supervision”
